Death toll for Hamas leader Haniyeh’s family stands at seven

VoL Desk, April 11: An Israeli air strike on Gaza city killed three sons of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, the Hamas-affiliated news agency Shehab said on Wednesday.

Palestinian media said that the strike targeted a car that the three brothers, Hazem, Amir and Mohammed, were driving in the Beach refugee camp. Al Jazeera reported that three of Haniyeh’s grandchildren were also killed in the attack.

DM Leh withdraws Section 144 in the District

VoL Desk, April 09: The District Magistrate, Leh has ordered the withdrawal of Section 144 in Leh district which was imposed in view of Pashmina March called by Leh Apex Body (LAB) on April 05.

As per the order it has been reported that there is no imminent apprehension of breach of peace & public order and has recommended that the restrictions imposed under Section 144 of the CrPC may be withdrawn.
