Kargil, April 06: Tehsildar Shakar Chiktan, accompanied by Tehsil Supply Officer (TSO), Shakar Chiktan along with a dedicated team inspected various Ration Stores in the Tehsil.

The inspection covered stores in Kukshow, Dargo, Sanjak, Talmado, and Shakardoo, as part of the annual physical verification process.

During the inspection, Tehsildar Shakar Chiktan examined the stocks, sales records, and overall status of each Ration Store. He interacted with the storekeepers and assured support and assistance to ensure efficient operations.

In addition to the Ration Stores, Tehsildar Shakar Chiktan also visited the Polling Stations in Kukshow and Dargo where he conducted thorough assessments of the physical condition and available facilities.

This initiative is particularly significant in light of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections-2024, emphasizing the commitment to ensuring smooth electoral processes and accessibility for all voters.

Furthermore, Tehsildar Shakar Chiktan extended his visit to the High School Kukshow, where he interacted with both teachers and students. 

This interaction provided an invaluable opportunity to understand the educational landscape and address any concerns or needs within the school community.
