Leh, Jan 29: The Musical Society of Ladakh (MSL) organised a symbolic function to celebrate their first founding anniversary in Leh today. The Executive Councillor for Art & Culture, LAHDC Leh, Stanzin Chosphel presided over the event as the Chief Guest.
