Kargil, Dec 16: The Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon Saturday met with the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd), at the Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat and discussed the various issues related to Kargil district.
