Padma Angmo Appointed Official Spokesperson for UT Ladakh
VoL Desk, June 26: The General Administrative Department of Ladakh has announced the appointment of Ms. Padma Angmo, IIS (Indian Information Service), as the official spokesperson for the Union Territory. This decision comes as part of the government’s ongoing efforts to effectively communicate policies and programs to the public.
Ms. Padma Angmo, an experienced and highly regarded Administrative Secretary, currently serving in the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), has been entrusted with the responsibility of disseminating crucial information about the Union Territory’s various policies and initiatives.
As the official spokesperson, Ms. Padma Angmo will act as a key link between the Union Territory Administration and the media, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information. Her role will involve briefing the press on important matters, addressing queries from journalists, and providing updates on the government’s initiatives.
