Leh, Sept 16: Secretary, Power, and Renewable Energy, Ravinder Kumar, UT Ladakh, convened a meeting with various agencies regarding the development of the renewable energy sector in the Union Territory of Ladakh at Ladakh Bhavan, New Delhi.

Secretary held a meeting with NTPC regarding the development of a green hydrogen mobility project and the development of a road map for hydrogen fuel in Ladakh. Also, the secretary held a meeting with the Ernst and Young agency who is working with NITI Aayog to support solar projects on Public-private partnership (PPP) mode in UT of Ladakh.

Later, a meeting was held with CESL regarding the development of a 5MW solar power plant at Zanskar. Further, the Secretary also met with the Joint Secretary, MNRE Solar regarding various pending issues of LREDA and KREDA.
