Haji Nissar Hussain, Champion of Islamic Channels in Kargil, Passes Away at 73

VoL Desk, May 13: Haji Nissar Hussain from Pashkum, the man who introduced and installed Sahar TV and other Islamic channels in households across Kargil, has passed away at the age of 73. He had been battling a long-standing health issue.
