CEC, Secy Tourism attends inaugural event at Tsogsti
Leh, Feb 15: The Ladakh Ice and Snow Sculpture Conclave began at Kangsing site, Tak-Namgo, Tsogsti in Leh today. The Chairman, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson presided over the inaugural function as the chief guest whereas Secretary Tourism, Kacho Mehboob Ali Khan, Councillor Sku-Markha, Sonam Nurboo were the guest of honors.
