Delhi, Dec 19: The third edition of Enchanting Ladakh, an exhibition cum sale of Handicrafts and Handlooms of Ladakh was inaugurated today by the Chiefs of autonomous hill development councils of Kargil & Leh, Feroz Ahmed Khan and Tashi Gyaltson respectively; and the Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor Umang Narula.
