LAHDC Leh Launches Scheme to Encourage Authors, Writers

VoL Desk, Jan. 08: In a first of its kind initiative, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh through the Department of Information and Public Relations has embarked a new scheme named “Tsomrik Yarsket” to encourage local authors and writers.
