Kargil’s 39.9 percent students passed JKBOSE Class 12th exam

VoL Desk, June 07: A total of 39 students out of 99 appeared from private schools of Kargil have passed the Class 12th Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education examination (JKBOSE), announced the board today. The pass percentage is 39.3 percent.

After the merge of schools with the CBSE board only three private school have left in the district which are affiliated with the JKBOSE. The schools are Jaffary Academy of Modern Education, Suru Valley Public School and Munshi Habibullah Higher Secondary Mission School.

From Jaffary Academy of Modern Education a total 38 students appeared and 20 students have passed the exam. From Suru Valley Public School 44 students appeared and 16 students passed the exam and from Munshi Habibullah Higher Secondary Mission School 17 students appeared and only 03 students passed the exam.

However, in the last month CBSE had also released the exam result, which was also disappointing, in which the pass percentage of Kargil district was only 35.31 percent.
