Kargil, Jan 29: SDM Zanskar, Romil Singh Donk chaired a meeting to review the preparations for Winter Festival-2024 which will be held from 7 Feb to 14 Feb 2024.

SDM Zanskar has instructed all Sub-Division employees to take on the responsibility of ensuring the success and memorability of the occasion.

The winter sports event will take place at various locations within the Sub-Division. The festival will feature activities such as ice hockey, ice climbing, archery, a food exhibition, and cultural programs.

The SDM Zanskar also constituted various committees to successfully conduct the winter sports activities in the Subdivision.
