Kargil, Jan. 18: LAHDC-K Councilor from 12-Baroo Minjee Constituency, Ghulam Mehdi Sheikh distributed seven Oxygen Concentrators worth ₹3.5 Lakh to various medical centres of his constituency.

The medical centres that got the oxygen concentrators includes NTPHC Baroo, NTPHC Minji and MSC Goma Minjee.The concentrators were handed over by the Honb’le councilor to the in cahrge officials of the respective medical centres on 18 Jan 2023.

Earlier, Mr. Mehdi Sheikh has already provided 6 Oxygen Concentrators in the constituency last year which has helped a great extent to the COPD and other such patients to extend medical services at their homes. These Concentrators has also helped to minimise the pressure on  Hospitals in terms of admitting patients for such purposes.

The councilor has also distributed ICE Hockey Shoes among the players of his constituency. Moreover, Heating appliances have also been provided to the schools in order to cope up with cold winters.

Such people friendly initiatives by the Honb’le Councilor  have been widely appreciated by the common public of the constituency.
