A special interaction session was conducted with Shri. Rigzen Samphel (IAS), Resident Commissioner to UP Government, New Delhi and a former Commissioner Secretary of UT Ladakh for the UPSC civil services aspirants undergoing coaching at New Delhi under the LAHDC Leh’s ‘Reway Otzer’ program. 

As informed, a fruitful session was conducted with the aspirants and they cleared doubts on various aspects as well as sought advice from Shri Rigzen.

Chairman/CEC, Adv. Tashi Gyalson has extended his gratitude to Shri. Rigzen Samphel for spending time and encouraging the aspirants from Leh Ladakh in their preparations for the UPSC examinations ahead. He has also advised all the aspirants to study well during the course of the program. 

Earlier this year, LAHDC Leh launched ‘Reway Otzer’ a free UPSC coaching program in collaboration with SAMKALP IAS, and currently, 30 aspirants of Leh district are undergoing coaching at the SAMKALP IAS academy, R.K Puram, New Delhi.
