VoL Desk, Oct. 12: Wal-Fajr Committee Minji invited prominent Indian Shia scholar Hujatul Islam Moulana Syed Mohammad Fayyaz Baqir Hussaini as a guest speaker on the occasion of Hafta-e-Wahdat here in Kargil.

The guest speaker delivered lectures in a three days long congregation held at Musalla Imam Khomeini, Minji where hundreds of audience from the peripheral villages attended.

Moulana Fayyaz Baqir delivered a series of lecture on the topic: “Prophet Mohammad (S) role model for humanity” in the congregation that held from October 9 to 11 in the evening.

Hafta-e-Wahdat means “week of unity” propounded by Ayatollah Khomeini to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Mohammad from Hijri calendar Rabiul-Awwal 12 to 17 which is Sunni and Shia narratives respectively regarding birthday of Prophet Mohammad (S).
