VoL Desk, April 13: Former Executive Councillor, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Leh, Tsering Wangdus passed away, informed the LAHDC on Twitter today.

The LAHDC Leh mourns the demise of the former EC and extends sincere condolences to the bereaved family.

The LAHDC Leh has decided to observe half-day closure as a mark of respect for the departed soul, informed the LAHDC.
