KARGIL, OCTOBER 22, 2021: FSSAI has proposed a “Nationwide Eat Right Mela” wherein people from all walk of life would join to celebrate “Freedom from Disease and Freedom of choice of foods to ensure that India Eats Right, announced a press release issued by Office of Assistant Commissioner Food Safety, Drugs and Food Control Organization UT Ladakh.

In this context, Food Safety Department Ladakh is organizing Eat Right Mela on 30th October 2021 at main bazar Leh under “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.”

During the Mela various foods items of locally produced/manufactured will be displayed, which will be inaugurated by the Chairperson of Food Safety and Standards Authroity of India (FSSAI) along with other dignitaries of UT Ladakh.
