KARGIL, AUGUST 23, 2021: The Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor LAHDC Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan in a letter to Deputy Commissioner and CEO Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve has directed to open schools for classes 6th to 8th.

“With regards to the subject matter, this is to state that the cases of COVID-19 in the district have been under considerable control. Moreover, the academic session is also nearing its end”, read the letter dates August 23, 2021.

“In this regard you may process the case for opening of schools for classes 6th to 8th from 30th August 2021, keeping in view the remaining academic session. An early action shall be highly solicited”, the letter maintained.
