Ramban, June 5, KNT: Five persons including a trooper were killed on Saturday when a cab skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge along the Srinagar-Jammu Highway in Ramban district of Jammu region, officials said.

Leh, June 05, 2021: Intensifying its drive, the District Administration, Leh, inspected around 16 hotels in Leh town here on Friday.
The inspection team found two tourists with RAT report instead of the mandatory RT-PCR report. The team took action against them and imposed a fine. Truck driver killed, Conductor injured in Accident at Fotu La
Leh, June 5, KNT: A truck met with an accident in the mountainous pass of Leh resulting into the death of the driver and injuries to the Conductor.
Both the driver and the conductor (cousins) hail from Haknar Gund area of Central Kashmir’s Kangan town.
The accident occurred at Fotu-La Pass when the driver Muhammad Aslam Famda lost control over the truck and it fell deep into 200 feet deep gorge.
