Class 10th Result: Fatima of Thila, Shines as Kargil District Topper
KARGIL, MARCH 23, 2021: Fatima Hoora, a student of Mutahhary Public High School Baroo secured the top position in all over Kargil among around 2300 students appeared in the Class 10th examinations.
Born in a middle family at far flung village of Thila, Barsoo to Sheikh Mohammad Ali Waziri, Hoora has secured 484 marks out of 500. The second position is secured by Hamid Ali from Mutahhary Public School Kargil High Department with 476 marks. While the third position is secured by Tajammul Ara of Jaffreya Academy of Modern Education with 473 marks.
Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan in a message has congratulated all the students who have cleared their Class 10th examination in the recently declared JK-BOSE results. “It gives me immense pleasure to know that our children are doing great academic wise. I would like to congratulate all the students who have cleared their class X examinations, the result of which was recently declared by the JK BOSE”, the CEC said.

A total of 2114 students out of 2373 enrolled candidates passed the Class 10th examination in the recently declared J&K Board of School Education results on Monday. Pertinent to mention that there were 1219 girls and 1154 boys appeared in the examination.
Among the total candidates 2245 have appeared for English, 2126 for math, 145 in Hindi, 2061 in Urdu, 2203 in Science, 2212 in Social Science, 81 in “Bhoti”, 21 in beauty and Wellness, 115 in IT and ITES, 90 in Travel and Tourism and 16 in retail.
The students of Mutahhary Public High School Baroo (MPS) has performed well in the exams. Out of 118 students 10 students have secured above 90 percent, and 71 others have secured above 75 percent marks.
The MPS Baroo has the highest enrolment of students among high schools in the district Kargil. Established in 1995, the school was recognized as a high school in 2007. Till 2007 the school has maintained a good result in Board exams.
In 2009 and 2013 the school produced the district topper in Class 10th Board Examination. This year the school has revived the history.

Great to know that MPS Baroo has topped the result of 10th class board exams. The school with 10 students securing above 90%,71 with above 75% has made history. Waoo, Hurray.
