Gov Brig (Dr) BD Mishra discussed with State Legal Service Authority Member Secretary Spalzes Angmo about legal and social issues in Ladakh, including a recent case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in Leh, during a meeting held recently.
