KARGIL, JUNE 28: The first-ever consignment of Lily flowers goes out of Kargil District for sale in the National market, informed the Baseej-e-Zaraat, IKMT Kargil today.

The first consignment taken by a Kashmir-based flower vender contains 500 flower sticks. While it was informed that more than one lac flower of Gladiolus and Lilly have been distributed by the Baseej-e-Zaraat among farmers to grow across Kargil.
