Leh, Feb 19: Member of Parliament (MP), Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal inaugurated the men’s section 2nd Lieutenant Governor Ice Hockey Championship Cup-2022 at Ice Hockey Rink, NDS Sports Complex, Leh.
