Islamia School Appreciates MP Ladakh For “Outstanding Work in Kargil District”

VoL Desk, February 22, 2022: Anjuman Jamiat-ul-ulama Isna Asharia Kargil (AJUIAK) called upon MP Ladakh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal and appreciated his “outstanding leadership” and discussed various issues pertaining to Kargil District, here at Islamia School office today, said a press release.

Jamyang Tsering Namgyal who is on a two days long tour to Kargil District briefed up on the major developmental activities happening in Kargil District. Major works he mentioned include Construction of Zojila Tunnel, Hospital, NH-301 Kargil-Zanskar highway, Sanctioning of Degree College at Sankoo, Mobile Towers, Helipads, JJM projects, Sports Stadium, improvement and upgradation of village-level educational and medical institutions, subsidised helicopter service, Northern Grid power supply, oxygen plants, enhancement of LAHDC Budgets and many others.

The Islamia School Kargil appreciated MP Jamyang Namgyal “for achieving milestones and for setting up development projects in Kargil District within a very short span of time especially the speedy construction of Zojila Tunnel, evacuation of Shia pilgrims from Iran, conferring Padma Shree Award to a Balti scholar from Kargil and many other accomplishments”.

The AJUIAK requested the MP Ladakh to consider various health and educational projects run by ISK for financial assistance. The meeting was attended by Vice president ISK – Sheikh Ghulam Ali Mufed, Sheikh Jawad Thasgam, Sheikh Abdul Munawar Sheliktsey, Sheikh Mohsin Ali Chanigon, Sheikh Ibrahim Khalili and others Executive members and general members of ISK.

  1. We don’t require development by the bjp at the cost of our religion. We can’t oversight the happenings in Karnataka, UP n all over India. We r against the communal policy s of BJP where our MP is a member. We want that our MP should Raise voice in Parliament against there policys. Thank u. Khuda hafiz.
